1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on all orders within the U.S. No minimum purchase required.
3. How long does shipping take?
Our estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days total:

Transit time: 4–7 business days
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
To request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lalakokoboutique.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details, including timeframes and conditions.

Not at this time, but stay tuned! We’re working on adding digital gift cards to our shop soon.
